Radhoo Tulum

We are currently staying at this hotel with my wife, having previously experienced several other boutique hotels in Tulum, such as Nomade. I must say we are very pleasantly surprised by the quality of service – the staff is extremely kind, helpful, and always smiling, which truly enhances our stay. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and well-maintained, and the comfort of the beds – both in the rooms and by the pool – is outstanding. Although the hotel doesn’t have direct beach access, it offers a very convenient passage through a neighboring property, which in no way negatively impacts the experience. Access to the beach is quick and hassle-free. I’m writing this review while we’re still here because our experience has been so positive. The only aspect that could use a little improvement, in our personal opinion, is the breakfast. While not bad at all, it doesn’t quite match the high standard of the rest of the hotel. Of course, this is a matter of personal taste. All in all, this hotel is definitely worth recommending, and we would happily return!

A Truly Special Stay – Our Anniversary Week at Radhoo Tulum ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We spent over a week at Hotel Radhoo Tulum this past June to celebrate our anniversary, and from the moment we arrived, we were treated with such warmth, care, and genuine hospitality that it made the entire experience unforgettable. The staff—from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant team—were consistently attentive, kind, and always available no matter the time of day. Their 24/7 warmth and professionalism truly made us feel at home. The manager and assistant managers were not only welcoming but also incredibly present and engaged with guests, checking in to make sure everything was perfect and offering thoughtful recommendations throughout our stay. Every interaction felt sincere—people remembered our names, asked about our day, and were always ready to help with a smile. Whether we needed a dinner reservation, a beach suggestion, or just a friendly chat, someone was always available and happy to assist. The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully designed, calm, and lush with greenery—but it’s the people who made it truly special. It was the kind of hospitality that stays with you long after you leave. We’re so grateful to the entire Radhoo team for making our anniversary so memorable, and we can’t wait to return.

Radhoo Tulum was a fantastic stay from start to finish. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, making sure we felt welcome and taken care of throughout our trip. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a relaxing space to unwind. The food options were surprisingly impressive—highlights included the steak breakfast burrito, the shrimp linguini Alfredo, and some of the best French fries we’ve had in a while. The mixed drinks were also top-notch and made even better when enjoyed by the pool, with staff nearby most days to take quick orders without any hassle. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, well-catered experience in Tulum.

Radhoo is a beautiful hidden jungle themed hotel in Tulum, Mexico. The staff were wonderful and accommodating to all of our needs. They were there 24/7 and would answer any questions we had through WhatsApp, they helped with creating dinner reservations for us, ordering room service, and even drove us to their sister hotels to spend the day on the beach. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and whenever we come back to Tulum we will be staying here again. The food was absolutely amazing as well. The facilities were clean and very well kept. If you’re worried that because you’ll be in the jungle portion of the strip, don’t, because you have access to their sister hotels to still be able to go to the beach. However, if you want to just hangout at the pool they have a beautiful pool with cabanas right on the premise. I personally recommend every to stay here it was wonderful.
